When it comes time to giving a quote, our estimates usually depend on a few key factors:

• Size of the property - How many rooms are there ? How many restrooms ? Any large stairwells or oversized windows ?

• Additional services requested - Excess garbage removal, refrigerator, baseboards, dish washing,  etc..

• Level of cleaning required - While all jobs can be completed, some are easier than others. See chart below for more details:

Touch up Cleaning 

Cleaning Refresher - This unit has already been cleaned but needs a quick dusting, bathroom wiped down and polished , floors re-mopped, kitchen wiped down and re-polished. No heavy appliance work or garbage removal.

Normal Cleaning

Full detailed cleaning and sanitizing. There is normal wear in this unit. No excessive dirt/grease, but requires more cleaning than a touch up. Most move in/move out cleanings fall into this category.

Heavy/Deep Cleaning

Full detailed cleaning and sanitizing, however this unit has a number of excessively bad areas. Very heavy dirt and grease build up on shower door/tile, stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and floors requiring more time and effort to get back to like-new condition.

Commercial properties with unique building design can be quoted on an individual bases, while applying the same concepts listed above.
