The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows, but can help you receive an estimate and reach out to someone for you.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes, when a down payment was recieved, canceling your appointment after the 24 hour limit results in a veto of the funds deposited.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is very flexible, and usually only come into play on request that required more than 2 people to be scheduled. We understand that things do happen, and will work with you as best as we can to reschedule your request.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Our staff is not permitted to leave the work site until checking in with the clients or customers. This gives us a chance to showcase our work , and for you all to raise any concerns you may have.
